Allow administrator to add new plugins

The administrator should be able to load new data plugins and configure which views are permitted. Settings for each plugin should also be configurable by the administrator.

Module Administrator can control the view

The module administrator should be able to control the view that is displayed to end users. They should be able to select a view that is a specific feed or allow full functionality.

Allow user to configure filters

Allow user to filter out tweets. This should include the ability to only show tweets matching a certain criteria as well as the ability to hide tweets matching a certain criteria.
